Go MJF — production volume with injection-mould economics; cost per part drops as the bed fills.
Go SLS — the all-round route for complex geometry with no supports, prototype to production.
Go SLA — the smoothest surface we print, plus clear, ESD-safe and flame-retardant resins.
Go SLA — specialty resins for optical, static-safe and UL94 V0 flame-rated parts.
Carbon- and glass-filled grades run on both SLS and FDM — tell us the load and the temperature and we’ll pick the grade.
TPU runs on SLS at Shore 90A and on MJF as TPU 01 at Shore A 88-90, with a flexible 80A resin available on SLA.

Impact and strength figures are not comparable across these processes: SLS quotes notched Izod to ASTM D256-10 in J/m, FDM quotes notched Charpy to ISO 179 in kJ/m², and MJF quotes notched impact in kJ/m². Different methods on different scales, so they cannot be ranked against each other — check the individual material pages for the figure that matters to your part.
