Every material we run across SLS, MJF, FDM and SLA — over twenty production grades, categorised by what they do. Start with the property your part needs: general strength, impact resistance, stiffness, heat resistance, flexibility, or a speciality trait like flame retardancy, ESD safety or optical clarity. Each grade links through to the process that prints it.

How do I choose a 3D printing material?
Start with the property that matters most — general strength, impact resistance, stiffness, heat resistance, flexibility or a speciality trait like flame retardancy or ESD safety — then pick the grade in that category. What 3D printing materials do you offer?
Over twenty production grades across SLS, MJF, FDM and SLA: nylons (PA12, PA11, glass- and carbon-filled), high-temperature carbon-filled polymers, flexible TPU and resin elastomers, plus speciality resins for flame-retardant, ESD-safe and optically clear parts.
Which material is strongest?
For raw stiffness and strength, carbon-filled FDM grades lead — PA6-CF reaches around 109 MPa tensile with a 215 °C heat deflection. For impact toughness, ductile nylons like SLS PA11 and MJF PA11 Gen2 are the pick. The right choice depends on whether you need stiffness, toughness or heat.
Which material is best for high temperatures?
Our most heat-resistant grades are carbon-filled FDM nylons (PA6-CF at 215 °C, PET-CF at 205 °C) and the SLA high-temp ceramic-filled resin at 218 °C. Tell us the service temperature and we will match the grade.
Do you offer carbon fibre 3D printing?
Yes — we run seven carbon-filled grades across FDM and SLS, from PA6-CF (around 109 MPa tensile and 215 °C heat deflection) through PPA-CF, PA12-CF, PET-CF and carbon-filled PETG. Carbon fibre reinforcement gives the best stiffness-to-weight and heat resistance we offer, ideal for structural, high-temperature and load-bearing parts.
Do you offer flexible or rubber-like 3D printing materials?
Yes — flexible TPU in SLS (90A) and MJF (Shore A 88-90), and a Shore 80A resin elastomer in SLA, for seals, gaskets, grips, lattices and soft-touch parts.
Can you print flame-retardant or ESD-safe parts?
Yes. We offer flame-retardant PC-FR in FDM and a UL94 V0 resin in SLA, plus a static-dissipative ESD resin and an optically clear resin in SLA.
Can I get material properties and datasheets for each material?
Yes — every material page lists the key material properties, and full datasheets are available on request or confirmed with your instant online quote.
How do I order 3D printed parts in the UK?
Upload your CAD to our instant online quote and choose any material and process. As a UK 3D printing service bureau we print, finish and inspect in-house in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire, and ship UK-wide. Cost per part depends on geometry and quantity and falls at volume, from prototyping to production.
