Most bureaux hand back a bag of components and leave the assembly to you. That means another supplier, another lead time, and the risk that parts made to fit on screen do not quite fit on the bench. We close that gap by finishing the job: the parts we print and finish, we also build.

Assembly is the last link in a chain we run end to end. Each step feeds the next, and nothing leaves our building to get it done.

A part that is awkward to reach, wire or fasten costs time to build. Tell us it is being assembled at quote and we will design the access in — that review is free.
We assemble to your specification and inspect to ISO 9001, but safety-certified or regulated electronic assemblies may need approvals we should discuss up front rather than assume.
We integrate boards, looms and components into parts; we do not populate PCBs. Supply the electronics or tell us what you need sourced, and we will fit and wire them.
A bonded joint is strong but is not a weld. For a bonded oversized assembly under real load, tell us the loads so we can plan the joint — or advise a different split.
A built unit takes longer than loose parts, and electronics integration longer again. Give us the deadline with the brief and we will tell you what is achievable.
Where a build waits on sourced hardware or your supplied components, the assembly can only move as fast as they arrive. Send them early or tell us what to order.
